children's liturgy
Children from JK to grade 2 are welcome to join in the Children's Liturgy. The liturgies are held at the 11:00 a.m. Mass on Sundays from late September to mid-May, with the exception of holiday weekends.
Children remain with their parents for the Opening Hymn, right up until the Opening Prayer is complete. When everyone is seated, the Presider will invite the children from JK to grade 2 to come to the centre aisle for a blessing. Once the blessing is complete, the Presider invites the children to follow their Prayer Leaders to the Parish Centre where they will celebrate a liturgy specially designed for their age group. The children return during the Offertory Hymn so they may join in for the celebration of the Eucharist.
